Operations is so vague — what does this actually look like?

Discovery call first. We map your operation: lead intake, sales pipeline, ops handoff, fulfillment, post-job. Then we identify what’s manual that should be automated. Quote is scoped from there — every operation is different.

Why is this ‘Custom scope’ instead of a fixed price?

A solo dental practice has different bottlenecks than a 4-crew pool builder. Productized operations packages would either underdeliver or charge for things you don’t need. Custom scope is honest pricing.

What if I already use a CRM?

We work with what you’ve got. Plenty of clients come to us already running HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce — we can connect to it, run it alongside GoHighLevel, or migrate you only if you decide that’s the better move. We help you make that call during the audit. We never force a switch.

Will my team actually use it?
