Web Management & Care
Hosting, edits, uptime — handled.
Hosting, security, updates, backups, edits — all the website work you don’t want to learn, manage, or worry about. One flat monthly fee. No surprise invoices. No ‘we’ll get to it next week.’
Why this exists.
You own a website. You don’t want to own the work of maintaining one. WordPress core updates pile up. Plugins go out of date. The SSL cert is about to expire. The backup you swore you set up — was it daily or weekly? When the site goes down, you don’t know who to call.
Or you’re on a ‘web host’ that’s really a billing engine with a server attached. When something breaks, you’re on hold for two hours with a tier-one rep reading from a script. Plugin updates aren’t their job. Edits aren’t their job. Strategy isn’t their job. Their job is renewing your invoice.
Web Management & Care Plans is the maintenance and edits layer. Managed hosting, daily backups, security hardening, plugin updates, monthly edits, performance reports — handled by the same team that builds the sites. One number. One team. One bill.

Why us for Web Management & Care.
We run Web Management & Care (or its equivalent) inside our own business. That’s the standard.
We don’t sell systems we haven’t deployed. The Web Management & Care setup we use ourselves is what we ship to clients — same quality, same conventions, same handoff materials.
No lock-in.
Run it in your own GoHighLevel account and you own the build outright. Prefer that we host and manage it? It runs on our platform — and either way, your contacts and pipeline data are always yours to export. No lock-in, no hostage situation.
Honest pricing.
Starting at $199. Quoted to your specifics. We don’t force a higher tier when a lower one fits, and we don’t undercut the quote and then come back for change orders.

One team
The same team that builds the websites manages them. No tier-one script-readers.
“They built a system for us that runs whether we’re paying attention or not. Leads get answered, appointments get booked, reviews come in. We stopped losing the ones we used to lose.”

Questions about Web Management & Care.
What’s the difference between Lite, Standard, and Premium?
Lite ($97/mo) is hosting, backups, updates, security — the foundation. Standard ($197/mo) adds 1 hour/month of content edits, priority support, monthly performance report. Premium ($397/mo) adds unlimited small edits, monthly strategy call, page-speed tune-ups, same-day emergency support.
Do I have to be on a Blue Coast-built site to use Care Plans?
No. We’ll migrate your existing site for free when you sign up for a plan. Most sites we manage we didn’t originally build.
What counts as a ‘small edit’?
Text changes, image swaps, contact info updates, new pages within scope, swapping a button color, updating a service description. Anything that doesn’t require a redesign or new functionality. Larger changes scope separately.
Why a monthly retainer?
Web management is by definition ongoing — hosting, backups, updates, monitoring don’t pause. The retainer covers the work that runs whether you log in this month or not. Annual prepay gets two months free if you want to commit longer.
