Hi, I’m Anthony. For eight years I’ve been building automation, websites, and AI tools for service businesses across Florida and beyond. No upsells. No surprise invoices. I show you what’ll move the needle — and if it doesn’t fit, I’ll tell you that too.
I started Blue Coast back in 2018 out of a simple frustration: too many small business owners were paying agency money for stuff that didn’t work. Bloated websites. CRMs nobody used. AI tools that promised the moon and delivered nothing.
So I went the other way. I work hands-on. I use what I sell — every workflow, every automation, every AI tool we recommend runs in my own operation first. If it doesn’t pay for itself in my business, I don’t sell it in yours.
These days I work mostly with HVAC companies, pool builders, dental offices, and other service businesses that don’t have time for a six-month engagement and a 90-slide deck. Most of what I build is live within a week or two.

My take on AI
Half the AI pitches you hear right now are scams. “Replace your receptionist for $40 a month.” “Fire your sales team.” It’s nonsense — and it’s also not what AI actually does well.
What AI does well is buy your team back the hours they’re losing to busywork. The follow-up that didn’t happen because nobody had time. The quotes that sat in a drafts folder for three days. The leads that went cold while your front desk was on a call.
I build the tools that handle that stuff — so the humans you already employ can do the work that actually matters. That’s it. No “future of work” speeches. No replacing anybody.
How a project actually goes
Four steps. Most of them are short.
You tell me what’s broken. I ask the questions you weren’t expecting. We figure out if I’m the right fit. If I’m not, I’ll tell you who is.
Scoped, priced, and honest. Flat fees where I can. Hourly where it doesn’t make sense to fix the price. No “starting at” pricing that triples on contract day.
I work in the open. You’ll see progress, not weekly status meetings. I use what I sell, so the workflows you’re getting are already battle-tested in my own business.
You get full ownership. No vendor lock-in. If you want me to keep running it, my care plans start at $199/mo. If you’d rather take it from here, that’s fine too.

Where I can scope it, I price it. Flat fees, written down before we start. If we hit something we didn’t see coming, we talk about it before the invoice gets bigger.
I’m not interested in launch-and-leave. Most start with one fix; when it works, we keep it running — a year in, that’s a system, not a stack of one-off projects. The clients I’ve kept the longest are the ones I check in with quarterly — not to upsell, but because their business changed and the systems need to keep up.
