Email & SMS Marketing
Campaigns mapped to your sales cycle.
Most service businesses email customers once — at the invoice — and never again. Email & SMS Marketing is the campaign engine that brings repeat business, wins back lapsed customers, and turns one-time jobs into lifetime relationships.
Why this exists.
You have a customer list. Hundreds, maybe thousands of names. You’ve never emailed them. Or you sent one Mailchimp campaign in 2023 and the open rate was so bad you stopped. Meanwhile every repeat job you book takes ten times less effort than acquiring a new customer, and you’re leaving the easy revenue on the table.
Or you tried hiring a ‘marketing freelancer’ who sent you templates and disappeared after month two. No deliverability setup, no segmentation, no SPF/DKIM/DMARC, no follow-up sequences. Everything you sent ended up in spam and you don’t know why.
Email & SMS Marketing is the campaigns-and-sequences layer. Strategy mapped to your sales cycle, list segmentation, designed templates on your brand, SMS broadcasts for time-sensitive offers, drip sequences (welcome, nurture, win-back, post-job), full deliverability setup, and monthly performance reports.
What you get.
Every Email & SMS Marketing engagement includes the following. Custom additions scoped on top if your operation needs them.
- Strategy session — campaigns mapped to your sales cycle and seasons
- List segmentation (new leads, past customers, inactive, VIPs)
- Designed email templates matching your brand
- SMS broadcasts for time-sensitive offers
- Drip sequences (welcome, nurture, win-back, post-job follow-up)
- Deliverability setup — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, dedicated sending domain
- Monthly performance report
Why these campaigns follow the customer, not a template.
We run Email & SMS Marketing (or its equivalent) inside our own business. That’s the standard.
The calendar starts with a customer moment.
We plan around events the business can recognize: an estimate request, completed service, upcoming renewal, quiet account, or response to an offer. Every message needs a reason to arrive now.
Email and text don’t do the same job.
Email has room to explain, teach, and show options. SMS fits short, timely prompts where the customer can understand the point without opening a long sales message.
A response changes the route.
Someone who replies, books, or opts out shouldn’t keep receiving the same sequence. We define those exits before the campaign goes live and test that the contact moves as expected.
Florida timing isn’t an afterthought.
Service demand shifts with heat, storms, travel seasons, and home-maintenance cycles. From Brevard County, we can plan timely campaigns without pretending every customer list follows a generic national calendar.
A customer list with a reason to hear from you.
$497 + $297/mo
Setup plus managed monthly. DIY tier with templates only is $97/mo.
$36 per $1
Average return on email marketing for service businesses (industry benchmark). Most local businesses send zero campaigns a year.
Managed
Strategy + writing + sending + reporting — handled. You approve, we send.
What should happen after a Titusville pressure-washing company finishes a driveway job? The completed job can place that customer into the right homeowner-care segment. Email carries the longer seasonal advice, while a later text can offer a short path to schedule when relevant service slots open. If the customer replies or books, the campaign leaves them alone and updates the route. The result is a useful continuation of the relationship, not the same coupon sent to every address on the list.
Questions about Email & SMS Marketing.
What’s included in the $297/mo managed tier?
Strategy, writing, design, scheduling, sending, and reporting on a defined cadence (typically 2–4 emails/month plus SMS broadcasts as triggered). DIY tier ($97/mo) gives you the templates and the platform but you write and send yourself.
Will my emails actually land in the inbox?
Deliverability setup is part of the scope — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, a dedicated sending domain, list hygiene. Most inbox problems trace back to one of those being missing or misconfigured. We fix them before sending anything.
Can I do email and SMS, or one or the other?
Both, or either. SMS is best for time-sensitive offers (sales, last-minute openings, appointment reminders). Email for everything else. A2P 10DLC registration is included for SMS compliance.
Is the retainer locked in?
The $297/mo managed tier requires the retainer because the value comes from ongoing campaigns, not a one-time setup. If you only want the foundation and the templates, the $97/mo DIY tier doesn’t require a retainer.
Your list shouldn’t sit quiet between invoices.
Which customer group should hear from you next, and what would be genuinely useful to them? Bring us the list, the sales cycle, and the offers you can fulfill; we’ll turn those pieces into a campaign map your business can sustain.
