1. Who we are

This website is operated by Blue Coast Design LLC, doing business as Blue Coast Web Services, based in Brevard County, Florida. References to “we,” “us,” or “Blue Coast” in this policy mean Blue Coast Design LLC.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us directly through contact forms, email, phone calls, or during onboarding — including your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details about your project or business.
• Information collected automatically when you visit the site — including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you visit, time spent on those pages, and referring URL. This is collected through Google Analytics 4 and similar standard web analytics.
• Information from third-party services we use to run our business — including our CRM (GoHighLevel), email/SMS providers, payment processors, and review platforms. These services only receive information you provide to them through normal interactions (e.g. filling out a form that posts to our CRM).

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide services you’ve requested.
• Send proposals, invoices, project updates, and other business communications.
• Improve the website and understand how visitors use it.
• Meet legal and accounting obligations.
• Send marketing emails about our services — only if you’ve opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

4. Third-party services

To run the business, we rely on a small set of vetted third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy and processes only the data needed for its function:

• GoHighLevel — CRM, email, SMS, calendar booking, and workflow automation.
• Google — Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Google Business Profile.
• Meta — Facebook Pixel (only when actively running paid ad campaigns).
• SiteGround — web hosting and server logs.
• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and basic bot/abuse protection.
• Stripe — payment processing for invoices and proposals (when applicable).

We’ll share more detail about a specific provider on request.

5. Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: keeping the site working (session cookies, form state) and measuring traffic (Google Analytics). Analytics cookies are anonymized at the IP level where supported. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some site features may not work as expected.

6. Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:

• Show you what personal information we have about you.
• Correct anything that’s wrong.
• Delete your information (subject to legal or accounting retention requirements).
• Stop sending you marketing communications.

To make any of these requests, email anthony@bluecoastwebservices.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.

7. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Lead-form submissions and CRM contact records are kept indefinitely unless you ask us to delete them. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security: HTTPS site-wide, server-side credential storage (never in front-end code or version control), restricted access to client systems, and standard practices for protecting customer data. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions.

9. Children’s privacy

This site is intended for business owners and decision-makers. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we’ll delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be noted on the homepage or sent to active clients by email.
